Do you have other available works?

Yes! Please get in touch!

What is a woodcut print and a giclee print?

Essentially a woodcut print is an original artwork hand-imprinted from a woodblock carved by hand. A giclee print is a reproduction from an original work. Click here to read more.

I print all woodcut prints on handmade Cloud Dragon rice paper, and all giclee prints with pigment inks on thick 260gsm archival textured watercolour paper.

I have worked with my printmaking partner Marble Print & Clay since 2018 and with my giclee printing studio since 2017. They are really the best, and I have spent numerous hours going back and forth with test prints before the work appears in exhibitions or online shop.

Do you take commissions?

Yes! I take five private commissions every year. Please get in touch!

When is my art shipped out?

I send art out on the day my assistant works. That’s once a week. Sometimes your art takes a bit longer to prepare.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated when you check out in the online shop.

For local shipping within Hong Kong, shipping is free for all orders over USD 65 (HKD 500.) Shipping is USD 6.5 (HKD 50) all orders under USD 65 (HKD 500.)

For international shipping, shipping is free for orders over USD 385 (HKD3000.) All works on paper are either USD 8 (HKD 65 / small paper works) or USD 20 (HKD 150 / large paper works.)

Original works are case-by-case and the shipping rate is automatically calculated at check out.

I ship all works out via Hong Kong Post Office register airmail. I ship via courier in some cases with original works.

*International taxes and duties are not included. I’m always here to help, so please get in touch or leave a note as you check out.

Return and Exchange

Hmmmmm all sales are final. I spend an incredible amount of time and energy to ensure your art is in perfect condition as I ship it out. I can’t count the number of times I had to reprint a giclee or re-prepare a woodcut print multiple times before sending it out.

This has honestly never happened before.

But never say never, in the very unlikely and unlucky scenario this happens, let’s talk. As I said, I am all about communication!

Are the works framed? How can I get them framed?

Except in some cases with original works, all works come unframed.

Framing is recommended for all paper-based works. Framing is optional for original wood carvings and works mounted on wooden panels.

Check out this blog post for some framing advice.

Again, feel free to get in touch for specific framing advice.

Can I display the work unframed?

The works are meant to displayed framed. Putting them up on the wall with tape or blue tac will leave irreversible damage marks on the work.

What exactly am I buying?

You’re buying a piece of artwork created by a working professional artist. Thank yourself for adding a piece of culture to your life.

While the ownership of the art object is forever yours (until you decide to sell or gift it), the artwork copyright remains with the artist. It’s kind of like enjoying a delicate feast at a restaurant and the recipe remains with the restaurant.

If you want to purchase the copyright of your artwork, get in touch.
